Morphological characteristics

Chamomile is an annual or perennial herb found in the wild in Europe, North America and northern Africa.

Chamomile plants are short, about 30-40 cm. Stems erect and branching, smooth without hair. Leaves alternate, pinnately divided 2-3 times, lobes short without penate. Inflorescences 1.2-2.5cm in diameter, 

arranged in corymbose, pedicellate or axillary. The involucre of the flower is hemispheric in shape, the bracts have two layers, and the edges are membranous. A layer of white linguulate peanuts on the periphery of inflorescence, female, apex truncated or slightly concave, corolla drooping after blooming; The inner layer is yellow tubular flowers, the number is more, is bisexual, corolla apex 4-5 dentate cleft; Stamens 5 polyanthers, anthers base round blunt, pistil stigmas 2 lobed; The smell is sweet, fruity and slightly bitter. Planting procedure
